Pushkar Evening

Pushkar Evening

Bagga our faithful driver was always in danger of getting into the frame as we wondered the streets of Pushkar. It was his mission to keep an eye on the ‘old people’ to ensure that we didn’t get lost though I’m not sure we could have relied on him had we got into a ‘fracas’ since he kept his distance while I had a shout at that pesky Puja merchant on the sacred bridge by the lake in Pushkar. Discretion being the better part of valour would no doubt be his motto.
