A Town Close
One of the many back closes of Kirkcudbright; this one with some building work going on overhead, and with a new roof under construction. The geometry and coloration appealed to me at this location so I asked the workman who was having a quiet smoke down the alleyway if he minded me taking a photo and he pulled in his stomach and held his breath in that doorway down on the left. If you look closely you will see his knee and shoes.
