White Larch
Every colour but white. A late winter afternoon and a blue sky gives shadowy areas a strong blue cast which I really like. This photo has been layered and part of the sandwich included a blur plus a darken and another with a blur plus a lighten filter. The underlying vegetation colour was enhanced a little. So what do we get. An early Christmas card. It makes me chilly just to look at it……….and it’s a replacement for what I was going to post…….I got cold feet…….
Oh, what wonderful woody structures reaching out to touch the cold…
Thanks Mary….Oh, and look out on Thursday for the railroad scene that you requested…. 🙂
Such pristine gorgeousness…oh so beautiful, John….I do love it!!
Thanks, my old mate….. 🙂
Most welcome, John…such a pleasure….
For a moment I thought ifrared!
….infrared, infragreen….infra any old colour.
……for a moment I thought snow was white…….but I was mistaken….it’s the seven dwarves I blame.
Lovely result, very dream like. And I’m sure, behind one of these trees is an elf, smiling silently 🙂
Hi Streetpixels and welcome. ……………and no, the elves round here are relatives of the trolls…….but, leering perhaps?
Simply stunning!
Welcome, and thank you very much for your comment.
