A Soft Light

If I remember………..hmm, did you read yesterday’s post………..if I remember, it wasn’t just a soft light, the ground was pretty soft as well, so when we came to cross the cow pasture, we had some difficulties with the churned up ground.

The light is a cool blue-grey with the clouds just bumping along above the hill tops, and the view is looking east across the mouth of Kirkcudbright Bay. To our right, almost due south is Ross Island, but the visibility isn’t quite good enough to see The Isle of Man which is about 27 miles to the south west across the Irish Sea.

  1. I love it, John…looks like a great place to take a very long walk….

Oh, and congrats on your 400th post yesterday…quite prolific for a retired gentleman with so much to do! 🙂
