Hazy Hills
A gently rolling landscape of ancient field boundaries, small copses and wooded hillsides. The low winter sun lacks the power to burn off the frost from the hollows and a mists hangs in the still air. The view from Merbach Hill looking over the Golden Valley, Herefordshire, England.
So pretty, John.
….. it was pretty cold ……. 🙂
And that’s not part of what makes it beautiful? 🙂
Warm gloves, hazy breath in the still air and the grasses transformed by sugary frost crystals. The sound of a cow, bellowing across the valley and the contented chewing of the sheep….. hmmm ….. thanks for allowing me to remember the moment Scott.
There you go, my friend…all of that…yes. Sounds absolutely wonderful. 🙂
just gorgeous
Hi Lesley, and thanks again….. very much.
