In the colour version of this photo the water in the River Liffey is an unbelievable green. In fact about the same green as the tank where women wash their clothes in Badami, India, but that’s another story, and no I’m not going to show you the colour version. Suffice to say that its about the same colour as LNER apple green so if you know your railways, then you know what I’m talking about.
