Trees are strange. …… and brooding
When you stare at them they don’t move
They look like people at a party…..when you put the light on ….they freeze
Don’t you think that they all look rather guilty
Like neighbours caught in the middle of an argument,
or is it a wedding party….the brides family on the right and the grooms on the left
…just a little suspicious of each other.
At least they’re keeping their distance from the house

That’s a nice little driveway…and brooding or not, I think the trees are necessary there…even if they stop moving when we look at them…..
